Planning, design and supervision of Development construction for the development of 600 stands in a new main township at Mutoroshanga. Works included 580 low cost houses, roads, stormwater

drainage, water reticulation, sewage and a new sewage disposal works to cater for 800 properties.

Design and supervision of construction of infrastructure for up to 450 stands in Sebanga Park Township for Shurugwi Town Council and Union Carbide, and augmentation of water supply for both town and mine.u00a0 Works included new water treatment works, pumping mains, reservoirs and a new sewage treatment works.u00a0 Phase I works now completed including 250 stands and 150 houses for mining employees.
