BCHOD has extensive experience in the design, project management, construction supervision and rehabilitation of sporting facilities and stadia in Zimbabwe.
In the past 20 years BCHOD has been involved in seven major sports centres and stadia in the country. The most recent being the 10 000 seater Zimplats Sports Stadium which was completed in May 2016 with a project cost of about $2 million. This includes dressing and press rooms, rest and sanitary facilities for spectators, ticket offices and parking areas. The project was completed in a record time of four months despite financing challenges along the way. Other projects include Kwekwe Mbizo Stadium, Mount Pleasant and Les Brown Swimming Pools, city Sports Center and Rufaro Stadium. In most of these projects BCHOD was involved in all aspects of engineering designs, tender procedure, construction supervision and Project Management.
